~A&B~ She said YES!! {Southern Minnesota wedding and engagement Photographer}

I wrapped up September by trekking out to St. Peter to capture A & B's engagement photos- on a horse farm. Oh it was perfect for me! I felt right at home with these two and I am looking forward to their May wedding right there on the farm!

They apparently met while she was working at a farm store...too cute!

When M told me they wanted their engagement photos at a baseball field, I was so excited! Unfortunately, our original location, The Irish Yard, was occupied the night we planned on their session. We improvised and thanks to some calls we were able to use Legion Field. 

We had so much fun, and the light was so dreamy! I can't wait for their 2016 wedding!!

These two were so fun, and put up with my antics ;-) I am looking forward to their wedding in 2016 and working with M's sister on her senior portraits!! 

~A&T~ She said YES!! {Southern Minnesota Engagement Photographer}

The reason I include engagement photos with my wedding packages is to get to know my couples before the big day. I want them to see how I shoot, how I react to "the shot" and see if we mesh well. It doesn't always work out to shoot engagement photos, but when it does I love it! 

This couple is so fun! Right from the start we were laughing. That evening there were a lot of photographers in Camden State Park due to the beautiful weather and colors. By 6 p.m. we were the last ones down by the bridge. It seemed pretty peculiar to me, then we found out. The mosquitoes...they were THICK! Apparently, everyone knew but us! 

Looking at the photos you'd never know that we were swatting in between shots! They are so cute!

I am so looking forward to this couple's winter engagement session! It will be cold, but I know we will be laughing the whole time!

It is never too early to book your 2015 wedding! I am quickly filling up in 2015 with limited dates in the summer left!

I have said it before, and I'll say it again, I love LOVE! This is one of my 2015 wedding couples and we had so much fun during their session. I was introduced to a new location and that is always an adventure. Camden State Park is beautiful and I am so glad they chose this as their location.

R & D She said YES!! {Southern Minnesota Engagement and Wedding Photographer}

It is such a great feeling when someone contacts you about photographing their wedding and when you ask them when their wedding date is they say, "When are you available?". R & D are the cutest couple EVER! I know I say that a lot, but they were so easy to work with and we hit it off right from the start. They braved the wind and cold (who would have thought that we would think 50 was cold after this Winter!) and were up for anything I put in front of them.
