New Year Bring on 2016~ {Southern Minnesota Portrait and Wedding Photographer}

Where did 2015 go?! This year has gone so quickly, and was amazing!! I want to thank all of my clients for letting me capture their special moments!

I will have a "best of" post hopefully this week and updated blog posts of all my sessions this fall/winter. For now, I wanted to update you on some changes. 

No, I am not upping my prices, relief, eh? I like where my prices are at this point. I'm not saying they will never change, but for now we are sticking with it. 

I will however, not be selling 4x6 prints anymore. They will be 5x7 and larger. 

My main goal for my clients is to have a fun experience and receive high quality prints with that experience. This is the reason I offer the print credit with my sessions. This way, I know my clients will receive at least a few beautiful printed products. 

This leads me to disks. I still want to offer edited images as well. I, for one, love having the ability to print at will. In the past I have offered 10 edited images with a print order of $100 or more (not including print credits). This year, I will be doing a similar offer but only 5 images will be on the disk for over $100, 10 for $300 or more. 

Disks will still be offered for $250 for 25 images. 

When printing off of disks, I highly encourage clients to order anything 8x10 or larger be ordered through me for quality purposes. This is why I won't be offering 4x6 prints any longer, these can be ordered off of disks. 

I hope this all makes sense! 

I am looking forward to 2016 and all the people to I get to work with and meet! So many exciting adventures to be had!!

~C~ Girls a day on the farm {Southern Minnesota Children's Photographer}

I had the pleasure to work with these young ladies again this year. E got a horse and her mom wanted photos with her. We had some fun with that spunky mare! I love horses and I think that helps capture the love between human and animal. I enjoy this family so much!

It was windy and Hope was sassy, but E handled it well. 

Oh A was a stinker yet again, but she warmed up to me and gave me some super cute smiles!

This tractor is her great great grandfathers. Such a cool thing to have part of her history!

She loves her big sister ♥

~M~ Class of 2016 Wabasso Senior {Southern Minnesota Senior Photographer}

This year I offered "seasons" sessions to my seniors. I am so glad I did. This gave me an opportunity to get to know my seniors and it helped me make their photos even better. 

I met M through her sister. I am shooting her wedding next spring and I am so excited to be working with this family. M is gorgeous and very athletic. Her and her mom came all the way to Camden from Wabasso for her summer session. It was a perfect evening for photos. 

Stunning. 

Two of M's friends passed away in the last few years, their mom gave M a necklace with their finger prints and signatures. I thought this was so special and had to showcase it. 

Just love it when my seniors are up for anything!!

Then I met them in Wabasso to capture M's sports photos. 

M plays volleyball, basketball and softball. 

This shot was her idea and I love it!

I love getting action shots. I told her just get ready to hit.

I love working with this family. They always have such fun ideas!! We had a blast doing A's skater session, and she is so spunky! I really like how they turned out. Totally her.

This young lady is looking for a future in modeling. I think she will do well. I had fun with her and her mom traveling around Marshall and looking for some different "feels" for her headshots. She was definitely prepared with many outfits and knew what she wanted!

I think her future looks bright! 

I loved these flowers. 

She could pull off the serious look pretty well, mosquitoes and all!
